Zinamax bevat lactoferrine, dat een positief effect op ontstekingsveranderingen heeft, die door acne veroorzaakt worden. Het is een multipotent eiwit met opmerkelijke eigenschappen omdat het antibacteriële, antivirale, schimmelwerende en antiparasitaire eigenschappen heeft.
